Shipping & Delivery Policy – Siraa
At Siraa, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner and in excellent condition, in compliance with applicable Indian e-commerce laws.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are requested to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including:
- House/Flat Number, Street, Area, Landmark
- Correct City, State, and PIN Code
- A valid and reachable mobile number
Siraa shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹599 and above.
- A flat 60₹ shipping charge applies to orders below ₹599.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
- Each order can be delivered to only one shipping address.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or any promotional offers.
Delivery & Courier Partners
Orders are delivered through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Speed Post, or similar service providers.
Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages
All products are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
- Customers must not accept packages that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with.
- Any such issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery attempt.
- If a damaged package is accepted, Siraa shall not be responsible for missing or damaged items.

Order Tracking
Order status can be checked at any time under the “My Orders” section in your account on our website.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Siraa delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Shipping-Related)
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Siraa reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Refunds
- Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
- No refunds are applicable for Cash on Delivery orders if payment was not made.
Limitation of Liability
Siraa shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
